If you have a new ID card, simply place your card over the card reader on the MFD to automatically sign in. The card readers on some machines are not visibly obvious, but they are always to the left of the screen.
Alternatively, you can sign in using your printer account id and pin (sent via email when you joined the university).
When signed in to the MFD, the device overview page is displayed. Press the Print All button to automatically print all documents. Alternatively, press the Print release button if you wish to print or cancel a single document.
To print or cancel a single document, select the document and click the Print or Cancel job button as appropriate.
When signed in to the MFD, the device overview page is displayed. Press the scan button.
Lift the MFP scanner, and place the document to be scanned onto the glass, face down.
On the MFD input panel, your email address is pre-populated. You can change the email subject and the scan file name.
If you wish to change the scan settings, press the settings button and modify the settings to your requirements.
Press the Start button to start scanning. Your scan will be sent to your email address.
When signed in to the MFD, the device overview page is displayed. Press the Device functions button.
You can change basic settings by clicking the buttons with the bottom purple borders, to change settings such as paper selection, scan zoom, scan density, etc.

You can preview the scan by pressing the preview button.
Press the Copy button on the control panel to start the copy.
