Print Service is the new name for student and staff printing at the University of Lincoln.
It is now possible to view your print service history and account balance, once you have signed in.
Currently, the PaperCut system is not available over the WiFi network, Staff and Students using their own devices will not be able to install the printer drivers or submit jobs for printing.
Interim solution 1: Any printing needs to be done via a university PC that is wired in to the local network, or via the cloud desktop.
Interim solution 2: Alternatively, you can print via the Email Printing feature.
Students are unable to access the 'Topup Balance' page via WiFi or off campus.
Interim solution: Students will need to topup their print balance via a university PC that is wired into the local network, or via the cloud desktop.
ICT are working to resolve these issues. We will remove this notice when the issues have been resolved.
